Fish Feeding Regimes - Developed feeding schedules and formulations as a team to help in nutritional needs and growth stages of the fish species being farmed. Value Addition in Fish – benefit to fish products through techniques such as smoking, marinating and packaging for extended shelf life. Rearing (Supplementary Protein) Black Soldier Fly (BSF) Production - Utilized black soldier fly larvae as a sustainable protein source for fish feed, which can reduce reliance on produced fish feeds Monitoring and Surveillance - Using various techniques such as patrols, surveillance and data analysis we monitored fishing activities and detect illegal practices like overfishing or poaching. Training and Education Provided training and educational programs to fish farmers staff, and the public to promote responsible fishing practices and raise awareness about conservation issues.

Fish Pond Stocking - Selected and introduced different fish species into the pond, considering factors to consider while stocking e.g. species compatibility, growth rates, and market demand. Pond Management participated Regular maintenance of the fish pond, including water quality management, aeration, vegetation control, and monitoring of fish health and growth. Fish Parasite and Disease Control - observed fish for various diseases and parasites and also Implemented various measures to prevent and control diseases and parasites that can affected fish health, they included including proper sanitation, and medication when necessary. Fish Feeding Regimes - Developed feeding schedules and formulations as a team to help in nutritional needs and growth stages of the fish species being farmed. Tilapia Sex Reversal we conducted: Tilapia sex reversal in order to produce monosex populations, typically all-male populations since they grow faster and more uniformly than mixed-sex populations.
