• Partially support for Network Service in term of Warranty and VOC related
to manage crucial Customers demand when facing operating issue for LG
product at their premises.
• Directly manage discuss with Sales department to get Sales support for
certain Warranty cases as One Time Service.
• Provide hybrid function to support technical issue related for B2C/CE such as
Consumer TV and Audio-Visual product.
• Consistency communicates with B2B Service Head Quarter (HQ Korea)
regarding abnormal product performance related to quality issue that require
advance countermeasure to provide customer satisfaction.
• Certified by HQ Korea as LED Display repairer and In charge LG Malaysia’s
Pixel Repair Centre (PRC) to manage and repair faulty LED Module from
customer.
