• Led successful partnerships with 10 companies from different countries who are in charge of Voithru’s mother company, Kakao Piccoma’s webtoon projects within 7 months of joining the company. • Arranged on/offline meetings with domestic/overseas partners, introduced CEO/relevant operational managers when partners visited Voithru in order to sustain smooth work relationships. • Produced company overview decks for partners and sales (KO/EN), and a guidebook regarding partnerships (discovery/onboarding/monitoring, etc.). • Quality assurance of KO to EN new and old shares purchase agreements for subsidiary mergers and acquisitions, joined meetings with C-levels and Piccoma executives. • Attended international comic/game festivals to network with current/potential partners and gain insightful local market information to provide roadmaps for internal operational teams. • Recruited resources for various language pairs and domains via in-bound/out-bound strategy, managed domestic/overseas resources, and provided analysable data internally. • Persuaded freelancers/vendors to take sample tests; webtoon/webnovel/video/game/industrial, translated guidelines/feedback from internal operators/clients, and negotiated unit prices. • Supported satisfying project management by providing project files/information, client’s feedback, deadlines, and etc. • Applied optimised settlement automation system within the internal platform tōtus (recruitment/editor/settlement) by cooperating with several departments. • In charge of domestic/overseas monthly settlements (worklists/invoices/foreign transaction remittances) for freelancers/vendors by cooperating with finance team.
