Responsibility: maintaining order. Making sure children abide to the rules and regulations and holding children accountable of any un acceptable behaviors. • Supervising students in detention programs, plus monitoring their activities outside of class. • Helping students with any problems and answering their questions. • Maintaining records and reports to distribute to staff. • Observing the class and taking notes on teaching techniques and student activities. • Helping in the scoring of students work at the scoring station to ensure integrity.

Responsibility: set up necessary material for classes (projectors, chemistry sets) • Assist class teacher with various tasks like grading assignments and children’s progress. • Track students’ attendance and class schedules • Review material taught in class with individual students with learning challenges • Work with smaller groups of students for remedial teaching or reinforcing the learning process. • Escort and supervise students in field trips and school activities. • help manage behavior in a classroom • motivating students to achieve beyond their potential • looking after vulnerable children who require a dedicated person to manage their physical needs, including hygiene
