Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis Conduct in-depth research on accounting service market demand, competitors' situation and industry development trend. Collect and analyze the information of potential partners and evaluate the potential and risk of cooperation. Regularly write market research reports to provide data support for the company's decision-making. Channel strategy development and implementation Based on the results of market research, formulate accounting channel development strategies, and define expansion targets and key indicators. Plan and execute the channel development program, including partner screening, negotiation and signing. Track the progress of channel development and adjust the strategy in time to ensure the realization of the objectives. Partner Relationship Management Establish contact with potential partners, conduct business negotiations, and facilitate the signing of cooperation agreements. Maintain existing partner relationships, communicate regularly on the progress of cooperation, and solve problems in cooperation. Coordinate internal and external resources to support the business development of partners and enhance the effectiveness of cooperation. Teamwork and communication Maintain close communication with sales, marketing, finance and other departments to collaborate and promote channel development. Share channel development experience to improve team members' business ability and market insight. Participate in internal meetings to report on the progress of channel development work and make suggestions for improvement. Risk Management and Compliance Identify and assess potential risks in the channel development process and formulate corresponding risk response measures. Ensure channel development activities comply with relevant laws and regulations and company policies.
Job requirements
- At least bachelor degree majoring in accounting, marketing or related field. - At least 3-5 years working experiences in accountancy, accounting/management software or marketing related positions. - Cross sectors knowhow and skills in both marketing, sales and accounting. - Familiarity and good network in the accountancy sector. - Perfect English and Chinese communication skills in listening comprehension, writing and speaking.
