Job responsibilities
Be a focal point to communicate with external vendors and government associations to maintain the smoothness and compliance of the company. Develop and maintain affirmative action program; and maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to Russian regulations. As a key local player to work with Hong Kong headquarters on different corporate and staffing projects. Responsible for work permit and visa application of employees. Organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office. Provide administrative support of any ad hoc duties in the office such as office renovation & relocation, staff activity and act as a backup receptionist when necessary.
Job requirements
Degree holder in any discipline. 2 years of relevant work experience with hands on Admin & HR experience in Russia. Proficient in MS Office. Strong sense of responsibility with excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and willing to meet people from all levels. Good command in spoken and written Russian, English. Understanding of Mandarin and Chinese is an advantage.
