Job responsibilities

Science Teaching: - Teach Middle School Students an integrated science course covering Biology, Physics and Chemistry topics. - Lessons should be taught in English - Teach approximately 12-16 periods of Science per week - Responsible for the planning and designing of the lessons, the delivery of the lessons, providing feedback on homework and assignments, designing assessments, and giving grades. Elective Teaching: - Teach Middle School Students elective courses in areas of interest to you. - Teach approximately 1-6 periods of Elective lessons per week - Each elective course meets either once or twice per week - Electives are not required to have graded assignments or homework, and should be designed to spark an interest within the students Administrative Duties: - Regularly attend departmental and school-wide meetings - Participate in team curriculum planning meetings (if applicable) - Complete regular lesson plans and unit plans and submit them on time - Record student attendance and provide occasional feedback (usually once a month or two months) to students based on their progress in the courses

Ⅳ. Job Requirements ⅰ. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Education or the applied teaching position related. ⅱ. Registered teaching credentials, PGCE, CELTA, or DELTA are preferred. ⅲ. More than two years teaching experience are preferred. ⅳ. English Native speakers are preferred. Ⅴ. Compensation& Benefits ⅰ. Monthly salary before tax: -Teaching position: RMB 25,000 - 40,000 ⅱ. Full payment for winter and summer vacations ⅲ. Two-year employment contract bonus (approx. one month’s salary before tax) ⅳ. Free shared apartment or Housing allowance of RMB5,000 ⅴ. Reimbursement for annual round trip flights maximum USD 2,000 (Beijing - home country) ⅵ. Reimbursement for relocation fee of maximum RMB 2,000 ⅶ. Medical insurance ⅷ. Teaching training provided ⅸ.
