Job responsibilities
Responsibilities Responsible for the overall sales and market development of energy storage products in Europe, formulate and implement sales strategies and accomplish annual targets. In-depth understanding of the European energy storage market development trend, policy environment and competitors, to provide decision-making basis for product positioning and market strategy. Establish and maintain relationships with key European customers, including prospecting, maintaining existing customers, and customer relationship management. Build and develop an efficient sales team, set team sales targets and drive team performance. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth implementation of sales projects, including contract signing, order execution, and project collection. Participate in market research, demand analysis and product improvement proposals for energy storage products to enhance product competitiveness. Work closely with marketing, technical and after-sales departments to ensure timely response and fulfillment of customer needs.
Job Requirements
Requirements Bachelor degree or above, science and technology background. More than 5 years sales or marketing experience in EU energy storage products, familiar with European energy storage market and related policies. Rich experience in sales team management, able to effectively motivate team members and improve overall team performance. Good communication skills, negotiation skills and customer relationship management skills. Strong market analysis ability, able to accurately judge market trends and provide basis for sales strategy development. Fluent in business English.
