Job responsibilities
1.Responsible for the overall planning and development process follow-up of overseas casual game projects, and control the final quality; 2. Write system documents, core gameplay, game function design, interaction design, level and value setting; 3. Communicate and cooperate with programs, artists, and tests to implement game design requirements and ensure high-quality restoration of the program; 4. Analyze the mainstream products in the market, pay attention to the data of game products, and continuously propose optimization plans for products based on player feedback after launch, operation and maintenance; 5. Help team members improve their planning ability and promote the healthy development of the team.
Job requirements
1.3 years of experience in overseas game master planning and production, strong project research, project approval, and R&D capabilities; 2. Rich game experience (not limited to a single platform), have a deep understanding of overseas leisure games, especially puzzle games, and excellent ability in mathematics. 3. Good communication skills and teamwork skills, and experience in transnational project cooperation. Experience in building and managing teams. 4. Have complete experience in casual game design and development, and the success of leading products is preferred; 5. High sensitivity to the global casual game market, familiar with the needs of overseas players, fluent in English, proficient in multiple languages is preferred;
