Job responsibilities
Job Description: 1. Solve orders and other product-related problems by answering calls, emails and online services abroad; 2. Process customer orders, and communicate with guests, global suppliers and ensure smooth travel of guests; 3. Deal with various after-sales problems of orders, be able to deal with some simple complaints, collect and sort out customer feedback information, and put forward constructive suggestions to improve customer service level and reduce complaints. Working hours: There are three shifts, five days off and two days off but not fixed weekends. The shift is arranged according to the existing team members. Job requirements
Job Requirements: 1. College degree or above, fluent and polite in English/Korean/Japanese/Thai/Vietnamese/Indonesian; 2. Experience in Internet, customer service, tourism, aviation, foreign trade, overseas market is preferred; 3. Excellent logical presentation and complaint handling skills; 4. Good sense of customer service and strong team spirit, strong ability to work under pressure, and high efficiency; 5. Can accept shift work.
