Job responsibilities
- Responsible for the production and signing of labor contracts, changes in labor relations, the production of personnel-related management documents and other aspects of the work of employee relations - Collect staff information, management materials and files. - Record staff attendance (sick leave, annual leave, leave, statutory holidays, late, early retirement, absenteeism, etc.) - Monthly calculation of full-time/part-time/foreign employees' salaries, KPI, individual taxes, production of payrolls, management of third-party payment agencies in foreign regions - Dealing with employee injury, labor arbitration, labor supervision, etc. - Residence permit, integral settlement, employment permit for foreign nationals, employment visa, etc. - Payment of employees' social security and provident fund in accordance with the state regulations, and timely processing of employee turnover procedures. - Cooperate with administration and finance to formulate rules and procedures for various departments of the company. - Support staff's basic training (induction training, product training), and contact with external training institutions. - Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources is preferred. - More than 3 years' personnel related work experience, and experience in dealing with labor arbitration is preferred. - Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English - Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, and HR level 3 or above is preferred. - Strong time management ability to deal with unexpected situations. Language: English and Chinese
