Job responsibilities
Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits Management:
-Manage and administer the compensation and benefits programs for local employees, ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations.
-Regularly review and update salary structures and benefit plans to remain competitive in the local market.
Employee Relations:
-Act as a liaison between the management team and employees, facilitating open communication and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
-Conduct regular check-ins with team leaders to stay informed about employee performance, well-being, and any team dynamics that may require HR intervention.
BPJS Coordination:
-Be well-versed with the Indonesian social security system, BPJS , and ensure compliance with all related regulations.
-Handle all BPJS-related, including but not limited to employee enrollment, claims processing, and reporting.
Performance Management:
-Coordinate the performance evaluation process, providing support and tools to managers for conducting effective performance reviews.
Legal Compliance:
-Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's HR practices are compliant.
Job requirements
Requirements:
1~3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits and employee relations.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required, as the role involves communicating with a diverse team.
A thorough understanding of BPJS and its processes is essential.
Indonesian citizenship or the right to work in Indonesia is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
