Job responsibilities
1、Human Resources Specialist, male or female, to join our team in Munich. 2、Support and co-ordinate HR management activities, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and visa arrangements for international assignments. 3、Reporting to the HR Manager in Munich. 4、Responsible for providing cultural HR support, consulting services and project delivery to ensure the organisation is aligned with culture, values, policies, procedures and performance objectives. 5、Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development and exit. 6、Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department by issuing references and interim references. 7、Proficient in German labour law and provide support in legal cases to ensure compliance and reduce company risk. 8、Assist in the development of training and development plans and arrange internal and external training courses Ensure attraction and retention of talent and enhance employer brand image. 9、Coordinate the performance appraisal process with the support of the global HR team. 10、Prepare and assist in visa process, handle other administrative matters and comply with control procedures and PLEX requirements. 11、Participate in global HR projects.
Job requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or related majors; 2、At least 2-4 years working experience in human resources; working experience in a Chinese company is preferred. 3、Native or near-native speaker of German and fluent in English; Chinese speaking is preferred. 4、Familiar with all HR management areas and German labour law. 5、Motivated "hands-on" professional with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers at all levels. 6、Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively use interpersonal skills. 7、Effective use of interpersonal skills, especially tact, diplomacy, persuasion and influence. 8、Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions that are beneficial to the overall business. 9、Understand and empathise with different cultures, especially Chinese culture. 10、Experience of working in a customer orientated, demanding business environment with a strong sense of urgency. 11、Familiar with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
