Job responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective HR policies and procedures, including discipline. Conducts employee orientation and briefs employees on current policies and procedures. Manage the payroll process by submitting and preparing all statutory reports to the appropriate parties regarding personal income tax, social security, workers' compensation, and other payments, as well as any related employee income certificates to ensure that reports are submitted on time and in compliance with rules and regulations. Ensure optimal selection of candidates offered (to fill existing vacancies or new positions) by managing a team of recruitment and selection specialists. Manage, supervise and control payroll and payroll administration procedures and systems for staff at all levels to ensure timely and correct payroll payments Ensure smooth management of the company's human resources, safety and security functions - employee absences, vacations, medical benefits, transfers, promotions, terminations, salary adjustments, maintenance of personnel files, etc., and report updated information to China headquarters in a timely manner. Liaise with the government on issues and situations related to labor laws and social security, arranging activities, travel arrangements, hotel bookings and necessary office supplies for all personnel. Serve as the company's public relations officer, handle company administration and external affairs, and provide professional and efficient HR administrative services to internal clients.
Job requirements
Proficient in English. Proficient in other languages, especially Chinese, is preferred. At least 6-8 years of work experience in the field of human resource management. Bachelor/Master's degree in Human Resources, Political Science, or related fields. Familiar with Dutch labor laws. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office software packages, especially Excel and other related software. Able to work independently under pressure.
