Job responsibilities
• Work as HR business partner for company business, responsible for assigned teams located in various regions • Close collaboration with recruiting team for recruitment, leverage resource externally and internally to fill all vacancies timely • Monitor talents retention, identified root cause and initiate action plan to reduce voluntary turnover • Sort out key problems of assigned employee groups and work with functional heads to execute improvement plans • Execute Organizational People Review, initiate functional calibration meetings with people managers to review employees’ performance and potential, set up Individual Development Plan for key top talents • Leverage foundational organization capability principles improve individual, group and organizational functioning. • Contributes to the development of company’s objectives and principles in innovative and effective ways to achieve goals in all teams.
Job requirements
• Bachelor Degree or above • 3-5 years of experience in HRBP role with proven track record supporting senior business leaders from different countries/regions • Able to confidently make and implement HR decisions in a dynamic, fast paced, high volume and often ambiguous environment, partnering with diversified leadership group • Demonstrated ability to lead change efforts and project management across an assigned client group • High level of self-motivation. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities. • Understanding of a range of HR disciplines including compensation, talent acquisition, performance management, employee development and employee relations of different regions will be a strong plus. • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
