Job responsibilities
- Provide full management support to the team, working closely with head office as a reliable business partner and assisting team leaders to improve team performance; - Assisting the team in improving the skills of their employees by assessing their performance and competence. Ensure that each employee is a good match for his/her position; - Employee Development: Screens and evaluates high potential talent, provides feedback and skills coaching for their development, and establishes a talent development pipeline; - Employee Relations: Enhance employee communication and management, talk to employees on a regular basis to understand their thoughts and opinions, give guidance accordingly, give feedback and deal with problems; - Ability to communicate important company policies from the company's perspective, create a good corporate culture in accordance with the company's development strategy and value orientation, and promote the implementation of corporate culture building in the local business team; - Manage overseas suppliers and HR service providers, establish supplier pool and supplier management mechanism; - Completing other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years of HRBP work experience, both English and native language can be used as working languages, with Chinese proficiency being a priority; 2. Good learning ability and initiative, able to actively and deeply understand the business. Sensitive to team needs, able to undertake multi role and multi task work; 3. Caring for people, sensitive to them, with profound insight into human nature, able to have a positive impact on the team atmosphere; 4. Skilled in integrating resources to achieve goals, balancing relationships between multiple tasks and roles.
