Job responsibilities
1. Assisted the superior to establish and improve the company's recruitment, training, performance, assessment and other human resources system construction and improvement; 2. Carried out the recruitment process, assisted in the procedures of employee recruitment, entry, dimission, transfer, promotion, etc. 3. Established and maintained personnel files, handled and updated labor contracts 4. Implement the operation process of human resource management and cooperate with other departments
Job Requirements
1. 25-35 years old, Thai native Chinese proficiency above HSK 5, Chinese fluent in Thai 2. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human resource management, administration, psychology or business administration. 3. 1-5 years working experience in personnel related fields. 4. Familiar with Thai labor laws, personnel policies and regulations and able to apply them freely.
