Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for the day-to-day work of the company's human resources department, including employee recruitment and employee relations management. - Maintain contact with local labor departments, social security agencies and other relevant government agencies to ensure that the company complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations. - Assist in developing and updating the company's HR policies and procedures to comply with Saudi labor laws and company strategies. - Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including contract signing, work permit processing, and exit procedures. - Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, complaint handling and employee counseling. - Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, pension plans, etc.
Job requirements
Posting Requirements: - Saudi citizen with legal eligibility to work. - Proficient in Chinese and Arabic, with good language and communication skills, and a Bachelor's Degree. - Minimum 0-3 years of HR related experience, preferably in a Chinese MNC. - Familiar with Saudi labor law and related laws and regulations. - Good organization, planning and execution skills, able to work independently as well as a good team player. - Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with employees from different cultural backgrounds.
