Get involved in new IT Projects; Manage whole project life cycle of outsourced service from initiation to closure; Lead vendors to build up new system; Lead vendors to mitigate the gaps between company and external; Control the schedule / cost / quality of program and projects. Drive new enhancement to fulfill Compliance requirement (internal and external) Work as a consultant to deliver new features and functionality based on vendors services and business requests.

Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science or related. Strong skills of project management. Capable to lead IT project independently; Good knowledge of 5G Excellent communication and presentation skills in both oral and written English
