Job Responsibilities Assist in recruitment plan development and execution Assist Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop recruitment plan and define recruitment needs and objectives. Participate in the writing and publishing of recruitment advertisements to ensure that the information is accurate and appealing. Candidate search and screening Utilize job boards, social media and other channels to proactively search for suitable candidates. Conduct initial screening of incoming resumes and have initial communication with candidates. Assist in arranging interviews, including coordination of interview time, location and interviewers. Organizing and tracking candidate information Organize candidate information, including resumes, interview records, etc., to ensure that the information is complete and accurate. Follow up the candidate interview process, communicate feedback in a timely manner and provide necessary support. Recruitment process support and optimization Assist in improving the recruitment process to enhance the efficiency and quality of recruitment. Participate in the collection and analysis of recruitment data to provide basis for the adjustment of recruitment strategy.
Job requirements
Qualifications: 1, American/European Native or overseas Chinese from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. 2, Familiar with local laws and regulations, properly handle the relationship between the local staffs. 3, 2-5 or more years recruitment experience, Internet, electricity supplier companies to recruit experienced, college educated graduates. 4, Excellent resources mining capabilities and resource coordination, front-line Internet search firm work experience and certain resources. 5, Familiar with the recruitment process, a much better grasp of interviewing techniques, to effectively prevent the potential risk of employment interview process . 6, The implementation of strong effective recruitment methods, have good communication skills and interpersonal skills. 7, Have independent conduct recruitment, hiring plans have better implementation and enforcement capacity. 8, Have good expression, communication and coordination skills, have a certain ability to negotiate, work under pressure.
