Job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall planning of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance and compensation;
2. Responsible for the daily management of various HR modules, including employee relations, recruitment, training and performance evaluation;
3. Maintain good relationships with existing employees and actively promote long-term strategic cooperation;
4. Assist in completing other related tasks according to the requirements of the superior leader.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources management, psychology or related field is preferred;
2. 5+ years of manufacturing HR management experience, familiar with various HR modules;
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks and have an efficient problem-solving ability;
4. Proficient in MS office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
