Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources management, psychology or related field is preferred; 2. 5+ years of manufacturing HR management experience, familiar with various HR modules; 3. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks and have an efficient problem-solving ability; 4. Proficient in MS office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
