Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for establishing and improving the subsidiary's after-sales service system, expanding the service provider network, establishing service processes, implementing service systems, and building and improving the service team, including performance evaluations for various functions. 2. Assist product managers or the quality department in analyzing after-sales data or market quality issues, and supervise the back-office departments to continuously improve product quality. 3. Prepare the after-sales service budget for the subsidiary, review actual service expenses, and control the rationality of various after-sales service costs. 4. Manage the subsidiary's after-sales service team members, continuously improve the organizational capacity and work performance of the local service team in line with headquarters' management standards and requirements. 5. Expand the corresponding after-sales service provider network in a timely manner based on the subsidiary's sales categories and business development progress, enhance network service capabilities, and conduct regular reviews.
Job requirements
1. Full-time Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in English, Electronics, or Refrigeration-related fields. 2. Over 2 years of experience in overseas service management or related roles; experience in consumer electronics, telecommunications, or high-tech industries is preferred. 3. Reliable and accountable, with strong execution, communication, cross-departmental coordination, and resource coordination abilities. 4. Proficient in using Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software. 5. Proficient in English as a working language.
