Job responsibilities
1. Develop the overseas human resources management system and strategy based on the group's business planning and characteristics, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy. 2. Oversee all HR-related matters overseas, establish rules and processes for the entire lifecycle management of overseas employees (including onboarding and offboarding, training, employee care, performance evaluation, etc.), and implement HR policies, systems, and key projects in overseas locations. 3. Manage talent acquisition for overseas teams, streamline recruitment channels, integrate recruitment resources, organize and execute recruitment, and complete recruitment deliverables. 4. Responsible for training and developing overseas employees, ensuring they have the professional knowledge and skills required for their roles. 5. Manage the compensation and benefits system for overseas employees, considering business and regional characteristics such as reward systems and overtime allowances, ensuring fairness and compliance with local laws and regulations. 6. Understand the business status and team conditions of overseas teams, gather overseas business needs, integrate internal HR resources to provide comprehensive HR solutions for overseas teams, including but not limited to recruitment, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations, and provide HR support and advice. 7. Conduct organizational optimization, talent assessment, and key talent capability enhancement according to the business unit's organizational structure; engage in organizational culture building to enhance team cohesion; act as a bridge for communication within the overseas organization, conveying and promoting the company's strategy, culture, and values in overseas regions. 8. Assist in resolving issues and disputes involving overseas employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment that complies with company and local laws, regulations, and safety standards. 9. From the perspective of overseas management efficiency, build and optimize HR systems and processes, and collaborate on the development of overseas HR system platforms.
Job requirements
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or higher from a 211 university, in Human Resources, Statistics, or a related management field. Overseas study background preferred; ethnic Chinese preferred. 2. Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years of experience in overseas Human Resources management. Experience in managing large manufacturing groups or multinational enterprises preferred. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, as a working language. 3. Familiar with overseas (Southeast Asia, India, Mexico, the US, Japan, Korea, etc.) laws and practical experience in overseas HR preferred. 4. Willing to travel overseas (domestic and international travel required based on business needs). 5. Proactive, with excellent communication, teamwork, self-motivation, result-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, resource integration and analysis ability, and project management skills. Ability to quickly and accurately understand business needs. 6. Strong execution and stress tolerance, good at thinking, strong logical thinking, quick learning ability, aligns with corporate culture and values, and can adapt to cross-cultural working models. Detail-oriented and creative, sensitive to people, with strong report writing, PPT presentation, and proposal explanation skills.
