Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the region's securities industry-related application system pre-sales technical support work for industry customers to provide technical support and business solutions; 2. Collect all kinds of feedback from customers in the region, provide timely feedback, product data and information support; 3. To complete other work as explained by the leadership.

Job Qualifications: 1. 3 years and above English technical support work experience; 2. Good language skills, English can be used as a working language, fluent in listening, reading and writing ; 3. Good learning ability and strong customer service consciousness; 4. Strong technical research ability, with independent analysis, summarize the problem ability, have a good document writing ability; 5. Experience in finance and securities industry is a plus.
