Job responsibilities
Responsible for payments product management. Work closely with channel partners, including FI and payment processors, to consolidate the channel solutions. Collaborate with target users, commercial team and engineering team to deliver product functions. Support go-to-market strategy, provide end-to-end product solution.
Act as the lead liaison officer for Saudi Arabia PayerMax geographies and stakeholders in relation to the sale of Commercial products, to ensure appropriate coordination and ensure awareness and support of business objectives.
Make sure our market strategy is aligned with PayerMax global and EEMEA strategy and ensure the market gets the central support required.
Develop and execute our product strategy for Saudi Arabia in cooperation with country management, account teams and cross functional teams.
Work with your team and the account teams to build exciting customer pitches including defining the value proposition, business case and overall storyline.
Understand merchant needs and priority, explore potential merchant acquiring use cases.
Support and participate in post-launch, marketing campaigns, reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into enhancements.
Job requirements
Deep knowledge and understanding of corporate products and services (Payment gateway, PTSP, Online Payments, Digital wallet, E-Commerce), with at least 3 years of product experience within the Fintech space and relevant tertiary qualifications.
Have good understanding about global payment ecosystem including but not limited to Cards, e-Wallets, Bank Transfer, Cash-based payment methods.
Strong project and relationship management skills - extensive experience and a proven track record of managing simultaneous initiatives, multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment, across multiple geographic locations, solving problems and applying effective planning skills to deliver multiple initiatives with external and internal clients.
Strong analytical and team working skills - ability to identify issues and proactively resolve issues directly or through escalation to appropriate Partners/stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - excellent writing and presentation skills, extensive experience in communicating in international environment at senior management level.
