Job responsibilities
General 1. Manages the department Sales and Marketing 2. Coordinates, organizes, supervises and controls following process-description, sub-process which is in accordance with "Table of Contents Process Description" 3. Achieving agreed process and departmental targets Sales 4. Coordinates and manages customer relationships and performs direct customer contacts (requires frequent business trips) 5. Coordination to be done in close relationship to Sales PINT by following the global sales strategy 6. Calculates and quotes preparation for products, tools & services 7. Acquire new customers and projects at the Asian market 8. Coordinates sales targets with ISM 9. Negotiate prices and conditions with customers 10. Represent Pollmann at the customer, exhibitions, automotive events or other events 11. Maintains the sales related systems, especially controlling systems 12. Develop Market studies and sales strategy base
Job requirements
1. University Degree or at least five (5) years related on the job experience 2. At least 5 years experience in Automotive Business (Sales or Marketing) 3. Leadership skills 4. Knowledge about Sales and Market in China/Asia 5. Advanced Business English 6. Quality Management knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 or QS 9000 and Quality Management core tools 7. Know how about the main production technologies 8. Computer knowledge SAP/R3, MS Office 9. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation ability with customers.
