Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the company's foreign trade business to ensure customer satisfaction; 2. Conducted market research, collected customer information, understood customer needs, and formulated reasonable marketing strategies for the company; 3. Understand the industry dynamics and competitors, timely adjust the company's foreign trade business planning and development; 4. Responsible for drafting, reviewing and signing the company's international trade contracts, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure smooth performance of contracts; 5. Responsible for the company's overseas market publicity and promotion, improve the company's brand awareness and market share; 6. Responsible for customer reception and business activity organization to improve company image and customer satisfaction; 7. Comply with the company's rules and regulations and complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Job requirements: 1. Possess a college degree or above, fluent in Indonesian listening, speaking, reading and writing, with good reading, comprehension and writing skills. 2. Exhibit good communication skills and teamwork abilities, and be proficient in handling various emergencies. 3. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, have a good ability to work under pressure and self-driven. 4. Have international trade experience or similar work experience in related fields, and be familiar with international trade process and relevant laws and regulations. 5. Provide good customer service and after-sales support capabilities, and adhere to high professional ethics and standards.
