Job responsibilities
-Develop and maintain customer relationships in the Thai market, expanding the company's market channels locally. -Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive the sales of company products in the Thai market. -Participate in market research, analyze market trends, and identify potential business opportunities. -Communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and provide professional product recommendations and solutions. -Coordinate internal resources to ensure the smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction. -Collect and report market information to support company decision-making. -Regularly report sales progress and market conditions, achieving sales targets.
Job requirements
-Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Management, or related fields. -Work Experience: Less than 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the pool equipment or related industries. -Language Skills: Proficient in Thai and English, both spoken and written, capable of seamless communication with local customers. -Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Thai market's business environment and culture, with work experience in Thailand preferred. -Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to interact effectively with customers and team members. -Execution Ability: Strong goal orientation and execution capability, able to work independently and achieve sales targets. -Teamwork: Strong team spirit, able to closely cooperate with various departments to drive sales performance. -Professionalism: High sense of responsibility and professional ethics, able to handle work pressure.
