Job Responsibilities Project Planning and Management According to market demand and company development strategy, plan and develop decoration projects, formulate project plan and budget. Supervise the progress of the project to ensure that the project is completed on time and in good quality, and solve the problems arising in the process of project execution in a timely manner. Responsible for project cost control, optimize resource allocation and improve project efficiency. Design Management and Innovation Lead the development of decorative design solutions to ensure that they meet customer needs and market trends. Organize the design team to conduct creative discussions and technical exchanges to enhance the design level and innovation ability. Review the design and construction drawings to ensure design quality and construction feasibility. Team Coordination and Training Set up and manage the decoration studio team, clarify team members' responsibilities and optimize the workflow. Organize regular team meetings to share experience, solve problems and enhance team cohesion. Responsible for the training and assessment of team members to improve the overall quality and skill level of the team. Customer relationship maintenance and development Dig deep into customer needs, provide professional decoration consulting services, and establish good customer relationships. Follow up customer feedback, handle customer complaints in a timely manner, and enhance customer satisfaction. Expand customer resources and develop new business channels to enhance the market competitiveness of the decoration studio. Industry research and market analysis Pay attention to the dynamics of the decoration industry, understand market trends, and provide basis for project planning and business development. Collect competitors' information, analyze competitive advantages and shortcomings, and formulate corresponding response strategies. Participate in industry exchange activities, establish good cooperative relationship with peers and share resources.
Job requirements
Requirements Bachelor degree or above in interior design, architectural design and other related majors, with rich experience in the decoration industry. Familiar with decoration project management process, with good project planning and execution ability. Possess excellent design ability and aesthetic ability, able to complete the design program independently. Good team management and coordination skills, able to lead the team to complete work tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and customer service awareness, able to maintain good cooperative relationship with customers.
