Job responsibilities
Main responsibilities
Talent development planning and strategy formulation
Based on the company's business goals and strategic development direction, develop talent development plans and strategies to ensure that the company's talent reserves match business needs.
Analyze the current situation and development needs of employees, propose targeted training and development suggestions, and promote the improvement of individual abilities of employees.
Training project organization and implementation
Design and develop training programs that meet the company's business needs, including new employee onboarding training, professional skills training, leadership development, etc.
Coordinate internal and external training resources, organize and implement training activities to ensure training quality and effectiveness.
Track the training process, collect employee feedback, and continuously optimize training content and methods.
Evaluation and improvement of talent development projects
Design and implement an evaluation mechanism for talent development projects, measuring training outcomes and employee development outcomes.
Based on the evaluation results, improve and optimize talent development projects to enhance training and development effectiveness.
Regularly report to the management on the progress and achievements of talent development work, providing support for the company's decision-making.
Employee career development planning guidance
Provide career development planning guidance for employees, helping them clarify career goals and development paths.
Coordinate relevant departments to provide career development opportunities such as job rotation and promotion for employees, and promote internal employee mobility and growth.
Knowledge management and sharing
Organize and archive training materials and results, establish and maintain the company's knowledge base.
Promote knowledge sharing and experience exchange within the company, and foster the formation of an organizational learning culture atmosphere.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 1 year work experience, training-related experience strongly preferred.
3. Good English skills both in written and verbal.
4. Strong learning ability and self-study spirit.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Good team player and open-minded.
7. Basic instructional design and facilitation skills preferred.
