Job responsibilities
1. Coordinate new product introduction project management, including progress management, risk management and cost management
2. New project quotation, cost evaluation, and quotate according to customer requirements
3. Figure out project development plans according to customer's project time line, including project milestone, specific and allocate tasks for each phases
4 Track and bring up project development progress, equipment and tooling production progress, production line construction progress, process and equipment buyoff progress, and ensure the production line is ready per each phase's time line
5 Arrange trial runs, summarize and drive solutions to trial run problems, to ensure the project is introduced into mass production on time
6 Risk management: identify risks in the introduction of new projects in advance, take preventive measures in advance, and plan counter measures in advance
7 Cost management: Control the investment costs of equipment and tooling according to the budget to ensure that the budget is under control
8 Manage the NPI team, communicate and collaborate with the team to introduce new projects
9. Responsible for new project quality, cost, efficiency and delivery
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, science, communications, electronics, machinery related majors are preferred;
2. Familiar with Excel, Word, PPT, Photoshop and other office software, and have good data processing and analysis capabilities;
3. Have PMP certificate;
4. Language: English, Chinese is a plus;
5. More than 5 years of experience in project management, overseas large project management, engineering or quality management experience is preferred.
