Job responsibilities
1. Training Work Trainees: Primary and secondary distributors, sales team, chain channel store managers, and promoters. § Typical training scenarios: new product launches, new customer development, quarterly regular training 2. Online technical question answering Service objects: end consumers, installers, primary and secondary distribution Deal with typical problems: installation problems, links, video playback. Processing method: Email, Facebook, phone, chat software. 3. Offline technical support Service object: primary and secondary distribution. Typical scenario: Resolve technical problems of primary and secondary customers; access to Viet for third-party platforms for OEM projects; resolve product quality issues 4. Translation -> Local materials Localize product and marketing materials: Roadmap, Product/Company introduction material, Datasheet, manuals, videos Localize product and marketing materials: General issues, quick installation manuals, operation videos 5. Product promotion and competition (20%) Typical scenarios: annual customer meetings, annual new product launches, industry exhibitions, new customer development, normal promotion, big promotion like black Friday Main role: product presentation, technical solutions, sample booth setting, tracking product strategy and price of competitors
Job Requirements
3-year experience in the same position Have deep knowledge in CE/IT/CCTV/Technology products Familiar with technology, cellphone, home appliance industry Qualifications Bachelor degree of technical or related field; Good English and Italian in reading, writing and speaking; Good interpersonal, written oral communication and presentation skills; Customer-oriented;
