+ TA & TOD Supervisor, manage 02 subordinates * Talent Acquisition: - Recruit employees (blue & white collar) base on business plan and department's requirement - Job posting through recruitment channel . - Filter and Screen CV - Interview & Choose suitable candidates by phone, face to face. - Prepare offer letter - Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.) - Work with Hiring Dept to control Manpower Plan and propose strategy to using manpower effectively. - Manage and Control recruitment Budget as plan. * Talent & Organization Development: - Work with department to set up, analyze yearly TNA - Orientation training to new employee. - Follow up training courses base on business plan and training need of department. - Coordinate and arrange training schedules, training rooms. - Manage and guide employee to study courses on Learning Portal LMS, LinkedIn system. - Manage and control annual Performance Appraisal, Career Progression for employees. - Build and Manage training budget as plan. * Other: - Compose and update the policies, SOP related to Recruitment & Training - ISO job related to Recruitment & Training
