Provided legal support and guidance to the project team and stakeholders, namely through legal research and analysis to ensure the conformity and consistency of all existing and upcoming legal regulations to ensure legal clarity for investors which guarantees a degree of certainty and predictability regarding the legal framework in which they operate. Acted as a key member in drafting the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Good Governance Guide for Egypt, which covered a range of governance issues, including public sector reform, transparency and accountability, anti- corruption, and the rule of law.
