- Launched a new channel of servicing at Bank branches. 40% of requests were processed in the customer’s Internet Bank under the employee’s profile, which allowed to process requests 3 times faster
- Launched integration with state portal during the COVID pandemic, giving an option for customers to create a confirmed account for governmental services from home
- Launched Live Balance section in Digital bank, which allows to check and top up mobile phone, internet, public transport and paid roads accounts
