My role: project management (70%) and marketing (30%).  Lean start-up planning/mobile app and website idea design.  Making PowerPoint and Video presentation, stage pitching.  B2B sales, negotiator, writing website content and Facebook page administrator.  I’ve minimized the costs with the BinoMenu start-up by finding ways of using the existing resources at their maximum potential. Therefore together with my partner we started doing our own video montage, doodle animated clips, business cards design and sales. www.bino.ro & www,menu.bino.ro

Activities: control of documents, client identification and document validation if they are compliant or not, requests to the representative sales for documents which do not comply, analysis of financial papers necessary for closing an order or contract.
