Job responsibilities
1.韩国地区旧电池回收业务相关的信息收集处理和相关文档的归类、整理、建档、保管等办公室日常行政类工作；
2.协助BD人员进行合同，订单等各种台账处理；
3.协助BD对合同和订单进程跟踪执行，承接投标、合同、商务对接、订单协同以及回款等工作；
4.协助BD人员共同开展新客户开发和老客户维护的系列工作；
5.完成领导交给的其他任务
1.Routine internal office administrative work including but unlimited on classifying\settling\filing\preserving of those relevant files and collecting and filtering relevant information associate with the secondhand battery recycling business in Korea area;
2.Support the BD staff to handling with variety of contract\order form\standing book;
3.Supporting and involving the process of order-following\biding\business connecting\contract\order-synergy\sales outstanding and other associate work;
4.Together with BD staff to carry out series work for new customer developing and old channel maintaining;
5.Other mission assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above,Welcome excellent fresh\recently graduate application;
2.Native level for Korea\Mandarin and fluent English ability are preferable；
3.Excellent skill for Excel\PowerPoint and other office tools and can accomplish the work associate with business analysis\report-drafting independently will be an added advantage ;
4.Result-orienting work style and strong ambition and responsibility will be priority.
1.本科及以上学历，优秀应届生也可投递；
2.优秀的韩语\汉语沟通交流水平，具备翻译能力，同时英语水平佳为加分项；
3.熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等Office办公软件，能独立完成业务分析、报告编制等相关工作；
4.有强烈的责任心，对工作认真负责，努力进取，服务意识强，能耐心细心处理事务性工作；
