Job responsibilities
Responsibilities 1. responsible for developing new customers of PV dealers, EPCs, system integrators as well as installers in Greece, introducing our company's strengths and products to customers so that our company can successfully become the new supplier of customers. 2. managing regular customers, visiting existing customers regularly, promoting our new products and understanding customers' purchase plans. Building the brand, promoting the products to the market/customers, convincing customers to buy the products. 3. organize customer service and marketing staff to conduct product training and explanation for customers. Complete the sales task of achieving the sales/marketing/service target in specific markets such as Greece. 4.Identify the market potential in China and customize the product portfolio in China. 5. pre-sales support and technical/commercial coordination with customers (distributors/EPCs/system integrators, investors, technical consultants). 6.Regular preparation of sales forecasts, reports and market research as required. 7. Regular benchmarking of products against the competition. Understanding of other manufacturers used by customers: Product information, pricing, stock levels. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitors. 8. planning and organising trade show participation, attending national and international trade shows and conventions as a representative.
Job requirements
Qualifications 1.Teamwork player 2.At least 5 years of work experience in sales, business development or project development in the solar industry 3.Bachelor’s degree in international trade, electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering, or a comparable higher education qualification 4.Thorough understanding of solar business and wide contact with active players in the market. 5.Excellent communication skills in English. 6.With Independent team management capability, organizing ability, and handling stress ability 7.With a strong sense of purpose, responsibility, passion, motivated, 8.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 9.Self-motivated and performance-driven 10.Problem-solving ability 11.Proactive, dynamic and customer-oriented 12.Very good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
