1. Lead the analysis and improvement of manufacturing process defects throughout the supply chain, and track the verification of improvement effects. 2. Conduct new product introduction reviews and quality control. 3. Guide frontline QC personnel in conducting daily quality inspection work. 4. Lead and drive the tracking of supplier material non-conformances during production processes. 5. Organize weekly and monthly improvement meetings to review major quality issues.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Chemistry, Materials, with proficiency in Chinese communication; at least 1 year of experience in quality management positions in large-scale corporate enterprises. 2. Possess a certain level of expertise in quality management. 3. Familiar with on-site 5S, visual management requirements, capable of training on-site management personnel, and ensuring effective on-site management. 4. Strong analytical skills in process flow, product technology, product inspection standards, and trial product review. 5. Hardworking with strong sense of responsibility and execution, good communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in Chinese/English is preferred.
