Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for managing the entire HR process for Turkey-based employees. 2. Develop overseas recruitment channels and establish and operate an international talent pool. 3. Oversee the organization, updating, and maintenance of relevant HR policies and documents, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for foreign staff employment. 4. Handle overseas employee care and employee-related issues. 5. Manage other HR-related tasks.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Turkish Language, Human Resources, Management, or related fields. 2. Over 3 years of experience in overseas human resource management; the requirement may be relaxed for exceptional candidates. 3. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently analyze and resolve issues. 4. Good professional qualities and a strong sense of teamwork. 5. Proficiency in Turkish as a working language (mandatory), with fluent English being a plus.
