Job Responsibilities Recruitment strategy development and execution Formulate and execute long-term and short-term recruitment plans according to the company's strategic objectives and business development needs. Analyze industry trends and talent market dynamics, and provide the company with recruitment strategy recommendations and improvement plans. Analyze and publish job requirements Work closely with leaders of each department to analyze and clarify the responsibilities, requirements and expected results of each position. Design and publish job advertisements to ensure that the information is accurate, attractive and in line with the company's brand image. Talent Search and Assessment Proactively search and screen candidates using multiple channels (e.g. job boards, social media, headhunters, etc.). Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume screening, interview scheduling and background checks. Assist interviewers with candidate assessment to ensure selection process is fair and objective. Candidate relationship management and attraction Establish and maintain good relationships with candidates and communicate recruitment progress and feedback in a timely manner. Develop and implement candidate attraction strategies to improve the company's employer brand image. Recruitment process optimization and data analysis Track and analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and improvement points in the recruitment process. Optimize the recruitment process, improve recruitment efficiency and quality, and reduce recruitment cost. Regularly report recruitment progress and results to the management to provide data support for decision making.
Job requirements
Qualifications: 1, American Native or overseas Chinese from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. 2, Familiar with local laws and regulations, properly handle the relationship between the local staffs. 3, 4 or more years recruitment experience, Internet, electricity supplier companies to recruit experienced, college educated graduates. 4, Excellent resources mining capabilities and resource coordination, front-line Internet search firm work experience and certain resources. 5, Familiar with the recruitment process, a much better grasp of interviewing techniques, to effectively prevent the potential risk of employment interview process. 6, The implementation of strong effective recruitment methods, have good communication skills and interpersonal skills. 7, Have independent conduct recruitment, hiring plans have better implementation and enforcement capacity. 8, Have good expression, communication and coordination skills, have a certain ability to negotiate, work under pressure.
