Schedule planning on the SMT preventive maintenance (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, half yearly and yearly basis); Planning and execution of the configuration on SMT layout shifting including machines movement, machines leveling, and machines capability result; SMT printing machine setup, servicing and initiate new working instruction on preventive maintenance to be carried out by the technicians; SMT glue dispensing machine setup, involved hands on practically on the valve servicing method and to create a systematic method of working instruction; ASYS Laser Machine setup, programming on laser marking and preventive maintenance guideline setup; Panasonic Feeder preventive maintenance setup on the method of troubleshooting and servicing work instruction; Troubleshooting on machines and to come up with short term and long term preventive maintenance plan to ensure all the machines to be on tip top condition; Involvement and full participation in Systematic Problem Solving Improvement such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), 8D problem solving methodology and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).

Carry out improvement project using cycle time application; Involve in kaizen of space saving in production layout; Perform monthly small tools (Metcal Soldering Iron, JBC Hot Air and Ionizer) Preventive Maintenance (PM); Carry out half-yearly PCBA trolley PM and quarterly small tools (smoke absorber, 10X microscope and magnifying lamp) PM; Maintain and update the PM triggering system (API Pro & customized Trolley Management e-System); Take part in internal audits to ensure related processes are comply to the conformance standard; Setup the Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) in the production area and sustain the performance by quarterly PM.
