· Direct report to QA Manager · Responsibility: 1. Incoming coil inspection – ensure incoming coil within specification, log material defect report and handle supplier complaint if any non-conformances detected 2. In process QC – Assign QC inspector to perform in process inspection, raise internal complaint report if any abnormal yield loss and conduct meeting with production personnel to identify root cause and correction actions. Disposal of non-conforming tubing 3. Outgoing inspection – Assign QC inspector to perform 100% inspection for automotive customer. Coordinate with sales department on the delivery schedule and automotive customers. 4. Attend customer complaint – On site attend customer complaint, verify the defect found at customer site and reply to customer complaint report 5. Measuring tool calibration – In charge and perform indoor calibration to the measuring tool (caliper, micrometer, measuring tape) , 6. Quality system ISO 9001 and TS 16949 – Assist QA manger to manage quality document, modify and update documents. Attend MSA, SPC and internal audit training course for TS16949 certification preparation. Successful in ISO 9001 recertification. HD
