Coordinates schedule of activities with customer on planning, scheduling, shipping and material acquisition during program start-ups; Produces revenue analysis and annual operating (AOP) plan and other forecast reports; Conducts special studies, investigations and analyses relating to the introduction of new products or processes to effect cost reduction and yield improvements; Responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s production control functions including Master Scheduling, Production Planning/Coordination, Shop Scheduling, and Dispatching; Develops, implements, and approves items such as material requirements, planning systems, work in process tracking, material and labor variance controls and manufacturing performance reporting; Approves quantities, schedules and parts list provided to the material control organization to ensure timely and complete ordering, receipt, and issuance of production material requirements; Responsible for planning, reviewing, and developing production procedures and personnel; Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance and process procedures; Interfaces with customers to ensure delivery commitments are met and with subordinates, functional peer group managers and senior management; Responsible for production capacity planning to ensure demand are fulfilled; Interfaces with purchasing to expedite problem parts and to reschedule material deliveries that will result in excess inventory; Notifies Materials and Program Management of material situation that affect the attainment of the production plan; Interfaces with Industrial engineering & engineering to review capacity, line balancing & line performance optimization; Work together with production personnel to ensure no shortage of headcounts & surplus of headcount in the production floor to optimize efficiency.

Work closely with production supervisors to achieve production unit target; Responsible of plant standardization activities; Work closely with planners on the materials loading to control the in line WIP level & warehouse inventory level; Work closely with supervisors and core team to meet company objective; Managing production scrap with engineering team & initiate improvement activities; Initiates & coordinating production unit expansion activities; Develop production tools with IT team to improve line monitoring activities; Assist production manager in overseeing the production activities; Managing 2 supervisors with 72 manufacturing specialists; Engage with Industrial engineers & planners in production capacity planning; Liaise with project transfer to ensure project transfer success; Standardize the transferred projects with sustaining team.

Managing 4 direct report supervisors & 130 operators; Lead a group of engineers to improve on the first pass yield to meet customer shipment; Liaise with planners to fulfill customer orders; Developed production tracking and quality control system, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports to detect production problems; Fix repetitive and recognized problems immediately; Take immediate action on employee problems, concerns, and recommendation; Strive for continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility; Maximize employee output, dedication, and job satisfaction; Ensure line personnel are thoroughly trained, certified, and are performing their assigned functions; Monitor product movement & WIP level to ensure daily and weekly shipment schedules are achieved; Drive engineers with process improvement plans based on scrap data; Drive purchasers on the materials availability & planners loading schedule to ensure materials are loaded into line as per schedule.
