-Oversee production Assembly and Test Manufacturing that serve the semiconductor industry -Provide leadership to departments under control and coach, mentor and develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions. -Managed business unit performance as part of a cross functional management team through panel metrics reviews, daily production reviews, monthly business unit reviews and Ops meeting. -Input and hold responsibility for manufacturing budgets. -Lead, develop and implement variable cost productivity program across all areas of responsibility. -Formulated Plant Operating Strategy and established cost-effective manufacturing capabilities & capacities and driving towards Operational Excellence. -Drive Key Performance for Indicators across all areas of the Manufacturing function to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards. -Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders, regarding technical support for activities, striving for best in class products and business practices to deliver to the customer’s expectations. -Work and commit with Customer on the demand and do forecast planning for every week updates. -Final revision on the plan and push OTD line item in order to meet every KPI status. -Supported staff development through 1 to 1 coaching process. -Worked with HRBP to drive the talent development program to continuously develop talents and enrich the skill competency of the workforce to deliver world class operation performances and retain the right talents.
