05/2002 — 12/2005 Systemair(ventilation), BlueBox (chillers) ) I have been working for Mitsubishi Electric Russia from 2005. My career started from sales manager and was developed to the position of Head of Commercial dpt. (Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing, Specifiers-quotation, Delivery, Antics CRM, ERP, web portal for the partners and others). Initially ME was representative office which coordinate business activity of distributors in Russia and central Asia countries plus Belorussia and Moldavia. In 2014 it was registered ME LLC, so the company became independent body with whole range of service: import, storage, sales and after sales service. We oversaw Russian, Ukrainian markets, Belorussia, Armenia, Georgia, Moldavia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kirgizstan, Tajikistan. ME Russia has been offered whole range of products form room air conditioners and VRF to huge chillers for ice rinks and close control applications. T/O has been increased from 25 MEuro in 2005 to 90 MEuro in 2021. During this period, we had result even more than 100 MEuro, but 2014 creases cut the further growth. It worth to mentioned, that ME has achieved the 1st place of market share in VRF sales in 2014, despite the Daikin domination since 1997. We kept the position until 2019 when LG won the competition by the low price, but in 2021 we gained the 1st place again. In 2014, ME Climaveneta and RC group (Hydronic and close control solutions) became a part of Mitsubishi Electric and we increased sales results from 2 MEuro to 9 MEuro in 5 years. Moreover, I have an experience of establishing regional branches. ME has opened several offices in Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. As for today my team is 57 people: sales, engineers, product marketing, marketing communications, analytics, and sales support group.
