Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the search, establishment and management of global recruitment channels;
2. Responsible for the formulation of global recruitment plan and overall management of the whole process, responsible for the whole process management of the introduction of global high-end talents;
3. Responsible for the construction and management of global talent pool;
4. Responsible for the development and implementation of external recruitment projects;
5. Responsible for the management and control of global recruitment cost budget formulation and implementation.
Job requirements
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, under 35 years old;
2, Have the ability to work in multiple languages, proficient in English, foreigners can use Chinese as the working language, Chinese, English and Arabic trilingual talent is preferred;
3, with global vision, rich global work experience and excellent global work adaptability, 3 years or more global recruitment work experience, with foreign human resources work experience is preferred;
4, young, with a strong body and good living habits;
5, with strong organizational coordination and communication skills, external management skills, external resource mobilization capabilities, closed-loop delivery capabilities and proactive self-drive capabilities.
1- Why is there a job demand?
1- Answer: Based on the increase of the company's business, we plan to recruit a new head of recruitment. At present, the global recruitment team is about 30-50 people. This position is the head of recruitment of the group headquarters, mainly responsible for the construction and improvement of the group's recruitment system, human cost control, recruitment channel construction, management, and partial implementation work, and report to the group's human resources manager.
2- Will there be a lot of travel in this position? Where are you on business?
2- A: Half of this position will be in Dubai each year
3- What is the salary?
3- Answer: 40k~45k*12 salary, which can be increased on the basis of your previous salary.
