Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategy for North American offline superstore channel to ensure the realization of company's sales target in North American market. 2. Develop and maintain cooperative relationship with HD, Lloyd's and other major offline supermarkets in North America to enhance brand influence and market share. 3. Analyze the North American market trends and competitors' situation, and provide strategic suggestions for the company's product development and marketing. 4. Build up an efficient sales team and improve the overall sales capability of the team through training and incentives. 5. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure on-time supply of products to meet the sales demand of the supermarket channel. 6. Monitor the performance of the sales channel, evaluate the sales effect regularly and adjust the sales strategy in time. 7. Responsible for business negotiation, contract signing and follow-up work with North American supermarket customers. Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in marketing, international business, and related fields. 2. More than 5 years of sales management experience in offline supermarkets in North America, with priority given to those with experience in HD, Lloyd's, and other supermarkets. 3. Familiar with the North American market, have a deep understanding of North American supermarket channels, and have good market analysis skills. 4. Possess strong business negotiation and teamwork skills, and be able to independently carry out sales work. 5. Excellent English communication skills, able to proficiently engage in cross-cultural communication and business negotiations. 6. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and ambition, able to withstand work pressure, and possess good professional ethics.
